Our onboarding process extends beyond the initial 90 days, we don’t expect you to know everything in the first 3, 6 or 12 months. We foster an environment where our people are always learning.
You will have a buddy for your first week to help show you the ropes, someone you can work alongside and ask questions. Also a friendly face to help with introductions and general office etiquette.
While we work closely as a team, we also schedule dedicated catch-up times with your manager to discuss how your training is going, what support you need and anything that is top of mind (both professional and personal).
Before you start, you'll receive a detailed schedule outlining your first week, including essential training, introductions, and when to expect some downtime. Allowing you to just focus on turning up with an open mindset, ready to get stuck in.
We know starting a new job can be a bit overwhelming, so we setup informal introductions with our management team. This helps you get a sense of how your role fits into the bigger picture.
On your first day, you'll be provided with all the necessary tools and equipment to ensure you can hit the ground running.
