In Bevans opinion the best part about working at IT Partners is working with a variety of clients and providing them with a detailed digital transformation strategy providing the foundations for long term business success. Outside of the office Bevan enjoys working on sound engineering for live concerts and events plus, recording and performing music himself.
Dannielle is grateful for seeing the team show up each day with the attitude to create a memorable experience for our clients, think bigger and bolder, and truly get a kick out of the work they achieve. Her favourite thing about IT Partners is the people; we have a one of a kind team made up of hard-working, innovative and courageous individuals. Dannielle has gained StrengthsFinder coaching and HumanKind Ex Design School certifications. Outside of work, she enjoys the gym, amateur hikes, and is an overly obsessed dog mum.
Nigel has gained over 30 years of experience in financial and management accounting. This includes audit, consolidation accounting, financial reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Nigel's background in various-sized companies with varying ownership models makes him a highly valued addition to our Executive Team. His favourite part of being at IT Partners is working collaboratively with different teams and creating efficiencies to improve business performance. Outside of work, Nigel enjoys dining out, spending time with family, and travelling.
Kelcy strives to establish clear communication and understanding with our clients, ensuring they are well informed and that our products and services meet their business requirements. She enjoys working alongside an incredible team and knowing we are making a difference for many New Zealand businesses. Since joining the team, Kelcy has completed a Harvard Business School Leadership Principles Certification and is in the final stages of Masters in Digital Business. Outside of work, you will often find her playing sports or in the outdoors.
Tim values the opportunity to address business challenges by implementing technology-driven solutions, witnessing the transformative impact it has on our clients operations. The team dynamic is Tim's favourite aspect of working at IT Partners. His area of expertise lies in ensuring the relevance of technology for small and medium-sized businesses in New Zealand.
Chris enjoys working with our clients and specifically helping them get the most out of suitable technologies. He also enjoys our road mapping process and ensuring our clients have a well thought out and clear plan for the future. Since joining the team Chris has gained a Microsoft Dynamics MB-901 certification and is a master at relationship building and communication. When Chris isn’t at work he is spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach in summer and mountain in winter. Chris is a huge fan of all sports but in particular the NBA.
Christine enjoys learning out about our clients' businesses, what they do and where they want to head. Her favourite thing about IT Partners is the people, the team are fun, engaging and always supportive of one another. Outside of work you will find Christine baking, spending time with her family, and trying new foods.
Andrew has extensive experience selling cloud software across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, helping hundreds of businesses adopt solutions to achieve their commercial ambitions. This experience is supported by a double degree from the University of Otago in Business and Physical Education. Andrew is passionate about the Waikato region and is excited to help more businesses achieve their growth aspirations by designing and executing a technology strategy to achieve their goals. A sucker for punishment, outside of work, Andrew participates in endurance and multi-sport events.
Lance thoroughly enjoys solving our clients' problems, especially the more intricate ones, as it brings him a sense of fulfilment to simplify their work. He particularly appreciates the dynamic nature of of our industry and the people involved, ensuring that each day is exciting and vibrant. Since joining, Lance has obtained a Prince2 Project Management certificate and has become an expert in troubleshooting and Office 365. During his free time, you can find him engaged in various sports, with underwater hockey being a particular favourite. Lance cherishes outdoor activities and moments spent with loved ones.
Baylie enjoys collaborating with our clients as a trusted partner, ensuring their business requirements and goals are front of mind. Her focus lies in enhancing efficiencies and productivity, creating a winning outcome that allows them to concentrate on their growth aspirations. Within the IT Partners team, Baylie particularly values the people, culture, and work environment. She possesses core strengths in discipline, responsibility, and relationship building. Outside of work, Baylie trains at Fitstop, embarks on nature walks, and cherishes moments with friends, family, and her beloved pets.
As the Marketing Coordinator for IT Partners, Komal enjoys growing brand awareness and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy. Working closely with the sales and product teams to identify opportunities to develop campaigns that effectively communicate IT Partners offerings. She enjoys working for a business that fosters wellbeing and has a strong culture of recognition. When not in front of her computer, you can find Komal with her dogs, eating pasta or with her nose in a book.
Dominique is an experienced Marketing professional with specialist knowledge in the field of technology. With a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications, and a Master of Arts in Visual Communication Design, Dominique seamlessly combines theoretical knowledge with marketing strategy and stakeholder management. What excites her the most about IT Partners is the people-centred approach, where the team consistently takes centre stage in shaping the core of IT Partners' activities. Outside the office, Dominique enjoys everything outdoors: hiking, climbing, and camping. On more relaxing days, she enjoys getting stuck into a good book.
Lydia brings a creative flair and a strong foundation in graphic design, with expertise in the Adobe Suite. Holding a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Marketing Communication from Victoria University of Wellington, Lydia has developed a comprehensive skill set in campaign creation, market research, and social media management. Her background in customer service roles has further refined her communication and interpersonal skills, enabling her to connect effectively with clients and team members alike. What excites Lydia the most about working for IT Partners is being part of a supportive and collaborative environment. Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through gym sessions and outdoor activities, and exploring her love for baking.
The nature of Business Analyst work varies from client to client but will typically involve an analytical review to help drive the optimisation of business processes and operations as part of a transformation initiative or wider IT Strategy delivery.
Nigel finds great satisfaction in witnessing the positive transformation of clients' work processes through solutions they have helped to define. Nigel specialises in Microsoft 365, and defining modern ways of work for clients. His favourite thing about IT Partners is the people working alongside him. When not at work you will find Nigel involved in multisport, water and snow skiing, enjoying music, and spending time with family and friends.
At IT Partners, Katrina oversees the successful delivery of many of our client projects. Her favourite part about the company is the endless number of wellbeing initiatives and professional development opportunities. Spending time outdoors is a passion for Katrina; she likes mountain biking and dabbling in various other outdoor activities.
Kim loves to see the positive feedback we receive every day from clients relating to their service and support experiences from our fantastic team at IT Partners! Her favourite thing about working at IT Partners is the people around her, and being able to lead the effective delivery of our services and client experiences. Kim is a specialist when it comes to leadership, business process improvement, IT operations and continual service improvement. Outside of work you will find Kim conquering the Hakarimatas 1-2 times per week. Spending time with family and friends, and a dedicated ‘mum taxi’ owner-operator.
James enjoys supporting our clients in solving a wide variety of technical problems we encounter. One of his favourite things about working at IT Partners is the great team around him. James has a specialist skillset in VMware horizon, and when he isn’t at work, you will find him cooking, which works in his favour as he also enjoys eating.
Dan’s favourite aspect of working with our clients is getting to know them and building personal connections to help understand and support the way they work. His favourite thing about working in the business is that it is full of high performing individuals that motivate him to be his best. Dan specialises in process management, trouble shooting and people management. When he isn’t at work he likes to go mountain biking, Brazilian jiujitsu, exercise, and is also getting to grips with being a new dad.

Dan specialises in cyber security and networking. As an ethical hacker, Dan most recently achieved the highly sought after Offensive Security Certified Professional qualification. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his kids, weightlifting, and home renovation projects.
Owen enjoys working with and building meaningful relationship with clients that he can then use to help elevate their business through IT and automation. His favourite thing about IT Partners is the company culture and the big focus on wellbeing. Owen is a specialist when it comes to automation and scripting. When not at work you will find Owen playing squash, rock climbing, CrossFit and gaming.
Our Technical Consultants provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in a specialist area to deliver a high level of knowledge and strategic advice to clients. While supporting the development of capabilities within Engineering and wider team.
Caleb is grateful to be able to resolve issues proactively and efficiently for clients which enables them to get back to their responsibilities. The best thing about working at IT Partners for him is how amazing the whole team is, everyone is wanting to achieve the same end goal and to do things well. Outside of the office Caleb enjoys spending quality time with his family on his lifestyle block and home automation.
Kyle enjoys seeing customers being successful and watching them grow their business by using technology to make things more efficient and accurate. Rinie takes pleasure in witnessing the enhanced value he can provide to clients through his expertise in the fields of Microsoft 365 and cyber security. The flexibility and wellness support initiatives available to everyone at IT Partners are Rinie's favourite aspects of working here. Since joining the team, Rinie has achieved certifications such as Office 365 MCSA, Microsoft MCSE, and additional Azure exams. Rinie specialises in Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and cyber security. Outside of work, Rinie enjoys spending quality time with family, staying fit, and watching movies.
Our Systems Engineers triage client issues, work to establish resolutions, and are also involved in project work – acting as Technical Lead for assigned client sites.
Chris appreciates coming to work and being exposed to a variety of people, businesses, and technologies. What stands out for him about IT Partners is always being empowered and given the flexibility to provide the best support he can. Chris specialises in M365, servers, and virtualised infrastructure. When not hard at work Chris likes to spend time with his family, create wood work projects and build lego models.
Carl's favourite thing about working at IT Partners is the variety of different tasks each day, and that the work we do helps our clients to be successful. He enjoys the relaxed team culture and the generous benefits we are all lucky enough to receive. IT is an ever changing industry which means Carl is constantly learning and adapting to changes, for example Azure and cloud computing. When not at work Carl enjoys jetboating, spending time with family at the lake, and has an interest in home automation and electronics.
The aspect of supporting our clients that brings Chris the most joy is being able to resolve something which is a frustration or preventing them from working effectively. His favourite thing about working at IT Partners is the great environment, great people and great leadership. Outside of work Chris enjoys driving his classic cars, "sailing" his Blokart and spending time with loved ones.
Jay has over 12 years of Engineering experience, specialising in cloud services. He finds delight in the culture and the people at IT Partners, as well as having the opportunity to assist clients with their IT journeys. Jay has completed a Bachelor of Science – Applied Computing: Graphics and Games from the University of Waikato. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, 3D graphics, gaming and coding.
Richard likes to help clients achieve efficiencies in their business as a result of fit for purpose IT solutions. He appreciates the amazing team around him which he gets the pleasure of working with daily. Since joining the team Richard has progressed from a Systems Engineer to a Senior Systems Engineer, and specialises in video conferencing and designing meeting rooms. When he isn’t in the office you will find Richard spending time with his dog, restoring anything with wheels that is older than him, and getting out on the farm.
Shaun has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has been involved in a wide variety of technologies. His passion for applications and deployments has allowed him to work as a specialist. More recently, Shaun has been enjoying working with clients to help them transition to modern ways of working. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and, when the weather allows getting out on the water fishing.
Camden is an experienced IT professional with more than five years experience in IT support and software development. What excites him the most about IT Partners is working with a team of highly skilled professionals and the continued development of his professional skills. Camden earned his Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences with Honours from the University of Waikato. Outside of work, Camden enjoys exploring the outdoors, driving his race car and playing music.
Willem derives great satisfaction from swiftly resolving issues, ensuring that users can promptly resume their tasks. He thrives on the challenge of unraveling complex problems through troubleshooting and investigation. At IT Partners, Willem particularly appreciates the emphasis placed on meeting the individual needs of every employee. His passion lies in working with networking, and he aspires to specialise further in this area. Beyond work, Willem can often be found engaging in activities such as playing video games, tinkering with his home IT lab, or reading.

When it comes to working at IT Partners, Jason enjoys the culture and the team he works alongside. Outside of work Jason dabbles in any kind of physical training or outdoor sports such as CrossFit or mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
Mitchell enjoys supporting a variety of different people and businesses, appreciating the fact that no two days are ever the same. When Mitchell isn’t at work you will find him surfing, mountain biking, rock climbing, and fixing up old Volkswagen vehicles.

His favourite thing about IT Partners is the people he gets to work alongside. Nathan specialises in Microsoft 365, troubleshooting, and system hardware builds. When he isn’t at work you will find Nathan playing cricket, swimming, and spending time with his family.
Wikus enjoys supporting clients by being able to help them simplify their work by using the latest available technology. His favourite thing about being apart of IT Partners is the company culture. Since joining the team he has received a Datto Certified Advanced Technician (DCAT) qualification and specialises in Datto BCDR backups. When he isn’t at work he likes to spend time with family, he is an avid BBQ-er (low and slow), and enjoys fishing with his son.
Nick has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. Working in a range of industries throughout his career, he finds working for an MSP the most exciting due to the variety and nature of work. When it comes to working at IT Partners, Nick likes how our team is an early adopter of new technologies and is excited about our projects, especially in the automation and Microsoft 365 space. Outside of work, Nick enjoys tackling DIY projects around his recently purchased first home and spending time with his young son, who keeps him active.
Luca is an experienced IT professional, having worked for managed service providers supporting many SMB’s across New Zealand. He holds a Level 5 Diploma in Computer Engineering from Techtorium NZIIT. He was drawn to IT Partners by the opportunity to work with a talented team and grow alongside like-minded professionals. Outside of work, Luca enjoys bushwalks, downhill skateboarding, and playing video games.
The First Line team are the first point of contact for our clients experiencing issues with their IT solutions or services. Aiming to find a resolution or escalate in a manner that is timely for the client.
Chang appreciates working with a diverse range of clients, which allows him to learn and expand his knowledge in various technology and IT solutions. His favourite thing about working at IT Partners is the relationship of mutual respect between both IT Partners and our clients. In his spare time Chang enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sci-fi media, barbequing, good yarns and going to the beach.
Daniel enjoys working with clients and seeing the satisfying results of problem resolution. What stands out to him at IT Partners is the wide range of technologies and systems and the friendly and knowledgeable staff who support each other. He has completed various certifications, including becoming a Datto Certified Deployment Specialist and Datto Continuity Advanced Technician. Outside the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his children, fishing, engaging in outdoor activities, miniature model painting, reading, and watching movies.
Logan is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background working for several businesses in the region. Logan is excited to both support our clients and continue to grow in the IT field. He holds two diplomas, Level Six in Advanced Software Development and Level Five in System Technology, along with the ITIL v4 Foundation certification. In his free time, Logan enjoys playing football on the weekends and travelling around the country with his partner. He also loves to ride his motorcycle and indulge in some gaming whenever possible.
Mike thoroughly enjoys the rewarding experience of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique technological needs. As a qualified Microsoft Certified Professional with a Diploma in 3D Graphics and a Graduate Diploma in advanced 3D effects, Mike brings his excellent eye for detail to the team. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys four-wheel driving, painting figurines and, of course, watching movies.
Reid finds joy in working with clients to establish favourable outcomes in response to their IT challenges. He values the IT Partners working style, the range of opportunities we encounter, and the camaraderie within our team. Reid has completed both a Bachelor of Information Technology and an AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification. When he isn’t at work, Reid enjoys going to concerts, having gone to roughly 200 live shows at present, collecting instruments, gaming, and playing football and badminton.
Shayne appreciates the fact that at IT Partners, we have the chance to tackle clients' IT issues in person, rather than exclusively through remote methods. He values our work approach, the variety of different tasks and the team culture. He has an interest in Azure and other cloud platforms, a key component of his professional development plan. When Shayne isn’t in the office, you’ll find him gaming with friends, going to the beach with his 2 dogs, and bingeing TV shows or movies with his wife.
With over five years of IT industry experience, Aakash brings expertise across Service Desk, Onsite Support, Application Support, and Intune/Azure enhancement projects. Holding a dual degree in Computer Science (Software and Network Engineering) and ITIL 4 certification, he combines technical skill with a passion for delivering results. Drawn to IT Partners for its strong focus on health, safety, and team well-being, Aakash values the supportive culture. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, trekking, and capturing scenic moments with his camera and drone.
With over four years of experience in the IT industry, Eli has a diverse background in various sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waikato and Wintec and is an HP Certified Engineer. Eli looks forward to being part of a healthy team environment and growing relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Outside the office, he enjoys playing video games and spending time with his fiancée. Whenever time permits, he travels to Tauranga to catch up with his parents and younger brother.
Working alongside IT Partners CFO, Kim supports the Finance team with key business processes. Kim has worked in finance for various industries, including the automotive and agriculture sectors. Outside work, Kim manages her son’s rugby team and helps with her daughter’s netball team. She is also the treasurer for a junior ruby club with 300 kids. When not in ‘mum mode’, Kim enjoys playing netball, getting down to the mountain or heading out to the lake.
Felicity likes to ensure the first impression for a client is enjoyable. Her favourite thing about IT Partners is the priority placed on employee wellbeing and the flexible working from home policy. Outside of work, Felicity focuses on her fitness, learning to speak French, painting with water colours, interior design and occasional weekend getaways to catch up with friends and family.
Marteli loves to be the person our clients see when they walk into the office always with a smile on her face. Her favourite aspect of working at IT Partners is the team, and the ability to grow and learn constantly. Outside of work she enjoys CrossFit and outdoor walks.
Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to his role from his previous group fitness and personal training experience. This experience is supported by a Bachelor of Sport and Human Performance from the University of Waikato. What impresses Dan about IT Partners is its strong focus on people's overall wellbeing and a culture that nurtures high performance. In his free time, Dan loves outdoor adventure activities and anything that gets the adrenaline pumping. Dan enjoys rugby and is an active member of the Melville Rugby Club; when not on the field, he enjoys diving into a good book.
Julie has a strong background in people and culture operations, coupled with a passion for making data-driven decisions. Leveraging her problem-solving skillset to identify process improvements, Julie aims to work smarter, not harder, while fostering a positive employee journey. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Edinburgh and a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management.
