The outage is intermittent, causing the delayed arrival of some emails for a portion of mailboxes. Only a select subset of your team is likely being impacted. We are urgently investigating this with the vendor. It is recommended that you pass this message on to your team using a medium outside of email, i.e. Microsoft Teams.
